- How much will I get paid? A driver’s pay check is made up of a few parts:
- Base Compensation- This is the rate per hour that goes on your bi-weekly paycheck.
- Average Tips Per Hour- Your Onboarding Specialist will let you know the specific average tips per hour for your location. This is paid out nightly.
- Mileage Reimbursement- You will be reimbursed per mile driven on deliveries, your Onboarding Specialist will let you know this rate for your location.
Timeline
- When will my first day be? Our ultimate goal is to have you start at your store in less than 5 days, though that takes a commitment to action on your part as well as our Onboarding Specialist Team. Your First day will be the day after your NTO, your NTO will be after your packet is approved.
- When will I hear back? Our team aims to review prescreens within 24 hours of submission.
- What if I’m not ready to start until later? If our time to hire is too fast for you, we suggest reapplying closer to the date you need to start.
