Thank you for taking the time to complete our prescreen. We appreciate your interest in joining our team!

Our Goal for you is to get you in a store in less than 5 days, but that takes commitment to action on your part as well as our Onboarding Specialist Team!

We are reviewing your prescreen results! If you meet our qualifications, our Onboarding Specialist will give you a call from our Onboarding Number at (979) 977-1440. What Happens Next?

1. Phone Conversation with our Onboarding Specialist

Our Onboarding Specialists will review your prescreen submission. If you meet the qualifications, they will reach out to you to verify some of your answers and initiate an MVR and background check from a company called CheckR (MVR and Background Check)

During this call you will need your Driver License handy and your Social Security Number (This is for entering into Checkr. You will NOT need to provide this to the Onboarding Specialist over the phone.)

2. CheckR (MVR and Background Check)

CheckR (MVR and Background Check)

Your Onboarding Specialist will walk you through this on the call. If your MVR returns good (usually within just a few minutes after submitting!) we will set you up with an Alliance Onboarding Packet .

If you were a hire request by the store, please check your email and complete this ASAP. You can text (979) 977-1440 to let our Onboarding Specialist Team know you’ve completed it.

3. Alliance Onboarding Packet

To complete your packet, you'll need:

Drivers License (please let us know if you’ll need to submit an additional license to have 1 year continuous driving history)
👤I-9 Document List
Bank Information (if not choosing a payroll card)
Insurance (with your name and vehicle listed)

Your Onboarding Specialist will set up your Onboarding Packet from Alliance once your MVR Results are back. At this point you’ll be considered a Conditional Hire.

FOR YOUR SECURITY DO NOT SEND ANY PERSONAL DOCUMENTS VIA TEXT OR EMAIL THESE SHOULD ONLY BE UPLOADED THROUGH SECURE PORTALS.

4. Conditional Hire Status

You’ll be considered a Conditional Hire until your Background Check Results are verified to meet our Hiring Standards AND we verify that the store has a need for your availability.

⚠️

Conditional Hire means your prospective employment is dependent on a couple factors including the results of your BG Check and MVR as well as the needs of the store.

5. New Team Member Orientation

🧑‍🏫New Team Member Orientation (NTO)

This is a paid virtual class, through Microsoft Teams, that is required before you can start your training at your Domino’s location.

This class can run up to 1.5 hours. Please plan accordingly.

6. First Day at the Store!

Your first day at the store will be between the hours of 2pm - 4pm following your NTO

You will need your vehicle for a Vehicle Inspection at the store this day.

You’ll also get a tour of the store, your shirt and hat, as well as an opportunity to support the Domino's Partners Foundation (DPF).
