"I began my career with Domino’s Pizza as a Customer Service Representative in August of 1999. I really enjoyed the fast-paced environment, the energetic team members, and the enthusiasm of my management team. I was able to advance through the ranks quickly moving up from CSR to Assistant Manager and then eventually earning the title of General Manager. As a General Manager I enjoyed being the one to lead the team through the busy diner rushes, making schedules, ordering food, and ultimately seeing both the customer satisfaction and store profitability grow.
Five years into my run as a General Manager my store was acquired by MAC Pizza. I quickly realized all the opportunities that being a part of MAC Pizza would afford to me. With room to grow, recognition for performance, and great leadership, I was inspired and motivated to be the best Manager I could be. This resulted in achieving MAC Pizza General Manager of the Year twice in three years and eventually leading to my promotion to District Manager.
As District Manager I was in responsible for eight locations, all with their own unique personalities and quirks. Throughout my experience with Domino’s, I would rank District Manager the most enjoyable. This position provided ample mental stimulation, helped me grow my abilities to train, and amplified my appreciation for other approaches to achieving desired results.
After five years as a District Manager, I was offered the opportunity to be the first Regional Operations Director for MAC Pizza in which I would lead several District Managers in a region comprised of South Houston and Beaumont. This too brought new perspectives, new relationships, and opened my eyes to the many different environments that we operate in that all wear the same brand. My responsibilities would continue to grow. Before concluding my third year as Regional Operations Director I was offered the opportunity to lead Operations for MAC Pizza Management as the Chief Operations Director.
