Devin always knew her first job would be with MAC Pizza—Pizza Sauces runs in her veins after all!

“My dad, Paul, has been with Domino’s and MAC Pizza longer than I’ve been alive! He was such a great role model in his dedication to the company and it was amazing to see that commitment reciprocated and appreciated from MAC Pizza. I watched him get promoted to a District Manager, take on new stores and challenges, all while championing his people—I knew MAC Pizza would always have a home for me.”

Devin began as a CSR in College Station in 2006 and, as soon as she was old enough, began driving for the campus location before taking on her own college journey.

“Even going to college 3 hours away, I would come home on weekends about once a month to help the stores. The crews had become like family and helping them when I could was so rewarding (getting a paycheck was just the icing on the cake).”

After coming home from college and the birth of her first son, Devin started delivering in the morning for School orders and set her mind on moving up the ranks. She quickly moved into a full time AM position, leaving behind the two other jobs she had for supplemental income.

“I realized; I didn’t need to stretch myself thin working at 3 different places. Domino’s had the hours available and the pay needed to help provide for my family through the Manager Development Program. I set my sights on advancing through this program and becoming a General Manager as quickly as possible.”

Devin began her journey as a successful General Manager in Summer of 2015 when she moved to Austin, TX to open a brand-new store with MAC Pizza. Over the course of the next five years she was the General Manager of 3 more locations, including the opening of another new location in College Station and the store she started at as a CSR. Throughout her tenure as a General Manager, Devin focused on her people, both customers and Team Members alike.

“It was so important to me to recreate that family atmosphere I had when I first started. I truly think championing my people, just like I saw my father do, is the main reason my teams were so successful.”

In 2020 Devin took a position as a Talent Coach, providing her more time with her family and the opportunity to put more into training creation.

“I have a passion for film, photography, and teaching. With MAC Pizza, I’ve been able to put all of these passions into one with training creation. I’m so grateful for all of the opportunities I have had with MAC Pizza so far as well as the friends I’ve made along the way.”
