• Fill out Scheduled Call as Needed
• Fill out MVR status as needed
• Fill out MVR Notes as Needed
• Fill out “More Driving History Notes” as needed
• Options: MVR Affidavit (out of country), MVR Authorization (out of state), More Driving History Request Sent (for those we’ve asked but have not answered) 🧱Driving History Forms
• Change App Status as Needed (i.e. Missed Call, CheckR Sent, Need Applicant Packet, etc)
