Store Availability Tracker for OS
HPL
- Go to “PS Review & Call Dashboard”
- Review “Not Reviewed” Section
- Fill in “Store” from SR for each
- Fill in “MAC RH Status” From Alliance
- “Open” app in side peek
- Click the three dots for “details” (this is where the availability is)

- Compare availability to Store Availability Tracker for OS.xlsx
- Adjust Transfer status as needed
- Add transfer notes as needed
- Add any “PS Review Notes” for OS2 as needed
- Options: Ackn, Availability Great, CheckR Sent, Availability Missmatch, Availability- OK by Ops, Availability- More than needed, Duplicate, Availability not on Tracker, Limited Availability, Mult Stores, Avail Confirmed by App & OS
- Change MVR Status to “CheckR” sent if applicable
